How did the Saflager work for you? I've heard mixed reviews. Nice looking beer, by the way.

You could probably go all 2-row and drop the 6-row since you aren't mashing any adjuncts and it may have a bit smoother palate.

The S-23 worked great. I have used it 4 times now with good results.
