I forgot to put in the whirfloc, can I put it in now?

Nope...you need the heat of the boil for whirlfloc/irish moss to do it's thing. You can use other fining agents in the fermenter however....gelatin, isinglass & super kleer come to mind (but don't do anything until fermentation is finished)
