Hello all,

I recently upgraded to a temp controlled deep freeze to brew in. Do i need to release the built up CO2 when brewing? Can it slow/stop the fermentation if the CO2 builds up too much?

Is this just me being paranoid?

Thanks!

You are fermenting, not brewing. You have an airlock on your fermenter to keep the oxygen out. Your freezer isn't going to be air tight anyhow. The CO2 should not be a problem.
