I brewed a Hefewweizen on the 4th of June, racked to secondary on the 10th of june and at that point took a reading. It went from 1.050 to 1.026
I thought it was done until I saw that. I pitched dry yeast again and still have no airlock bubbles. Will it finish out with out any airlock bubbles?

Thanks in advance.

Mike

3 days isn't long enough for most primary fermentation. If your airlock is not bubbling on the secondary, and it was racket there at 26, you might have a small leak around the top seal. I noticed those carboy caps with the two nipples of different sizes leak on my 5gal. They are great for transfers but not so much for holding the airlock.
Alternatively, if your recipe had many unfermentable sugars, it could finish high, but that's not usually true for a HW. What's your recipe?
