It'll probably be fine. letting your cider rest on the lees can actually add body to many ciders depending on the style. 2 months isn't enough time to worry about it going 'bad' from too much yeast character.
 
you should be fine, depending on the fermenter, even cheap plastic buckets should be fine for 4-6 months, glass carboys should be able to sit indefinitely
