I've got 11 gallons of ordinary bitter out fermenting right now. Usually by this point (day 5) I'm added gelatin to the primary to settle out for kegging in 2 days but I'm still getting airlock activity and was wondering if larger batches take longer to ferment out. Should I give it a few more days? Yeah, I know, get a hydrometer reading.
