So I just bottled what looks to be a nice, toasty all-Cascade IPA. Anyone have any ideas of food that they might be good in? Porters and stouts are my preferred cooking styles, but as i have 40+ ipas now I would like to find a way to incorporate them into my meals (and not just as pairings). Any tips?

Cheers!

Make beer jelly! I do this, but I haven't tried it with an IPA yet.. It is on my to-do list, though. Cocolate stout makes awesome jelly, and I'm thinking a good hoppy beer will go good with all of the sugar in jelly, too..
