I would use them in a Witbier. The style is easy to brew (considering you can make a liquid yeast starer), and the style is meant to be drunk young, so you can have some crisp, tasty refreshing beer in about a month:

1 week primary, 2-3 weeks carb...100% delicious

FWIW, if you go this route, make sure you source bitter (Seville) oranges, and Indian coriander, do not use store bought. you can get a ton of the coriander at an indian market for less than $2. Since you are in Canada, I have no idea about the bitter oranges.
 
Saaz is the original Bohemian Pilsner hop - they have a spicy, peppery flavor. They are probably used in Lagers more than anything. I've got a Kolsch going that is Saaz and Sorachi Ace hopped, using the Saaz that AB-In-Bev gave away a while back. They would be appropriate in any Czech or German beer.
