I have a ice barrel that I was thinking about converting to a mash tun.
It is 18" x 1.5' deep and has a drain in the center. Currently I am using a cooler tun, but dwould like something round to improve efficiency.
If you have seen one of these, probably in a grocerystore or gas station, what do you think? It should hold about 20 # of grain or more easily.
