Is it reasonable to think that the yeast cake from a 5 gallon 1.060 IPA is enough to ferment 10 gallons of a 1.100 RIS? 007 if it matters.

Working out the details on a double IPA that will mainly feature Azacca and Galaxy hops. I've never used Azacca before and have limited experience with Galaxy. Anyone use these together? How did it turn out?
