    Caribbean beer

Pyg, look for kalik gold or gold cow bells as they call them. High abv malt liquor and pretty decent. Regular kalik is meh. Love fresh red stripe when in Jamaica or dragon stout.

Best budget 1 or 2 tap tower

I'm a fan of micromatic. I've had the kegco stuff and it's cheap garbage in comparison. The only suggestion is all the kits have plastic snap on hose clamps. Throw them away and use real hose clamps to ensure you don't have small leaks.

    Worst. IPA. Ever.

I'd have to say sly Fox 360. Horrible combo of hops imo.

    Orlando brew pubs?

Heading to the Orlando convention center at the end of the month. Any good breweries or craft beer bars nearby? Walking distance or cab ride of the convention center preferably, won't have a car. I googled it, but not much came up and those that did had crappy sites, so hard to tell if...

When washed and stored in the fridge it lasts for years, so you're fine for a few weeks.

Suggestions for beers to serve non-craft drinkers

My wife's family is a bunch of Coors light drinking pussies. They can't handle anything else. Most of them do really like the infamous Cream of 3 crops that's in the recipe database. The ones that don't are the ones that refuse to even try anything other than CL.

Saison - Any tips on brewign this style?

I pitch all my saisons around 80-85*. Wrap up in a blanket and let them go into the 90`s. I use wlp565 and they are always fantastic. No fusels before someone starts preaching about the pitch temp. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Home Brew mobile app

    Red Wheat Malt

I've used it for American wheats, Heffe's, Belgians, IPA's, APA's, Browns, pretty much everything. I put a little wheat into most recipes. I don't see much difference, if any between it and white wheat honestly.

Check out dafont as previously posted. Lost Type co-op is also fantastic for retro fonts. My other suggestion is to google old ads and pin up girl images. Back then, the print process was pretty archaic and the colors were not crisp, they were muted and muddy. Tone down the black to a dark...
