Best budget 1 or 2 tap tower

I am looking for the best DIY kit for the money. I was looking at micromatics DIY kits that have hoses, regulator, tank and hoses. I was hoping maybe some Kegerator veterans would see this and point me in the right direction. $200 is my limit.

I'm a fan of micromatic. I've had the kegco stuff and it's cheap garbage in comparison. The only suggestion is all the kits have plastic snap on hose clamps. Throw them away and use real hose clamps to ensure you don't have small leaks.
