    i know we have googled it but to me it makes no sence.... if it is x=kiss than why not say o's and x's im just not buying what wikipedia is selling..... ill stick with my theory and push it on to others

    as g@y as this sounds dont flame........:cross: so the wife and i have this argument alot what is what with x's and o's ? (hugs and kisses) she claims x's are kisses and o's are hugs i thing shes wrong .. my theory... A. hugs come first in the "saying" B. hugs arms make an X C. kisses...

    Well I bottled my first batch today after 6months..... it was a bit too dry for me so I backsweetened with. -1/2cup of splenda... My sample after the splenda and 5oz of corn sugar. Was way too sweet..... I hope once the priming sugar ferments out. Its drinkable.....

    I know every one says not to worry about the starsan foam when bottling...... I was bottling today and wondered if it was possible that the foam/leftover star san in the bottle could help fight off any bugs. when bottled......? Do you think it could help or its too diluted at that point?

    allen wrenches

    they are in my mountian biking back pack for quick fixes..... i have the standard and metric set of individual ones .. im just always to lazy to get them to tighten it up..... id rather have a few beers and post the topioc on 3 differnt forums :D

    does it bother any one else that when you buy a folding set of allen wrenches they work great but then become loose and guess what you need tio tighten them an allen wrench..... it should be a damn philips screw....... /rant

    Your not supposed to make a starter with dry yeast ... (I have and it worked fine) mr malty.com has a yeast pitching calc.... Just rehydrate. And if biermuncher used one pack I would use one pack

    12 hour days...

    I average 45to48hours a week but its a 4day work week. Im off Thursdays and weekends not a bad gig. Just crappy pay and little time off .....

    I would have gone with a dry yeast then. I don't think the banana esters will be good. And you have alot of it to drink if its funky.... just my .02

    Id imagine you will bring it back to dry. You will need to put the yeast to feast before you add the sugar
