Anyone else like cold dark walks in winter?

Right now the temp is 1.6F and by 9PM it should be about -1F or so. I think after I bottle I am going to suit up and go for a walk into the woods and enjoy the snow and cold. Not sure how to describe the off flavor.. sort of astringent and sort of green apple but not really either. I let the beer sit in storage for several months...

    A Poem

The arrow pierces deep, slender cedar shaft feathered and notched penetrating, breaking, running. Dimness and fading, Tramping, trailing, seeking. Triumph and tragedy, Remorse and feasting.
