    Ph difference of 0.3 tasteable ?

    I'm trying to clone Warsteiner Dunkel. I'm pretty close, but the commercial has a bit more sweetness, and is smoother. I checked the pH of the two. Commercial is around 4 (3.97). Homebrew is 4.32. Would this difference account for smoothness or sweetness perception ?

    Broke regulator?!

    My dual regulator fell over while on the bottle(co2). Now it leaks out the weep hole (taprite) I bought a gasket kit, but it doesn't help. What else can I do? I have another regulator but can separate any of the fittings to substitute.
