    Thanks for all the insight.. I tried one and it was good.. Color, carbination, taste.. I know it will only get better in another couple weeks. It was great having one of my beers while watching Tony WIN the championship...!!! Thanks again AB

    My beer has been in the bottles for 2 weeks tomorrow.. Can I sneak one tonight while I am watching Nascar or should I just wait until tomorrow when its officially 2 weeks..?? AB

    Priming sugar in the carboy..???

    My buddy transfered is wort from the primary bucket to a secondary (carboy). He told me that he put priming sugar in the carboy and let it sit for about 3 weeks before he bottled it, then added more priming sugar to each bottle.. Wont he have bottle bombs..???? I dont get it..... AB

    My buddy adds alittle bit of priming sugar to each bottle, not the bucket.. he says it gives him a nicer foam head... Is this good or bad practice..?? Thx

    Can I get everything ready..??

    Im getting ready to bottle. Can I move the wort over to the bottling bucket, add the sugar and then cover it while my bottles are in the dishwasher getting sanitized by the hot water...? Or should I wait until the bottles are done then do the transfer and add the sugar... THX

    OK, I know it is good to let your wort ferment for 3-4 weeks then bottle. I have been doing that since I started. My friend on the other hand bottles his after only 10 days and tells me "once it stops bubbling the yeast is done and you can bottle" He also tells me I am wasteing time by keeping...

    yes.. Is there a certain temp you dont go over...? Is it best to keep the temp at 170 or do you crank up the heat to 200+.. Is there a happy median..?

    This might be a stupid question but what is the ideal temperature to brew beer at.. I know you bring the wart to a boil, but, that can be any temp... What is the best temp to keep it brewing at for the allowed time so it wont burn or get to hot if thats possible.. Thanks AB

    I did it.. I bought a bottle of Brew Dog- Tactical Nuclear Penguin. Its 32% ABV. Am I crazy for spending $90 on a bottle of beer..?? I am very curious as to how it tastes.. Sometimes you just have to get alittle crazy..!!!!! AB

    Too soon to pop one open..??

    Strainer possibility.. Any Suggestions

    I use a turkey fryer to boil my wort. I was wondering and thinking.. What if I drilled some holes in the pot cover. I boil my wort, cool it, and when I get ready to pour it in the fermenting bucket I put the cover on the pot and strain the wort so all of the "stuff" stays behind and doesnt get...

    Harvest Pumpkin Ale

    I want to try a Pumpkin Spice. Can I just buy the canned pumpkin from the grocery store? Do I have to put them in a grain bag or do I just put the pumpkin pieces in with everything else? Do you then just leave the pumpkin in the wort when it ferments..?
