This might be a stupid question but what is the ideal temperature to brew beer at.. I know you bring the wart to a boil, but, that can be any temp... What is the best temp to keep it brewing at for the allowed time so it wont burn or get to hot if thats possible..

Thanks
AB

yes.. Is there a certain temp you dont go over...? Is it best to keep the temp at 170 or do you crank up the heat to 200+.. Is there a happy median..?

Nope you want a really good rolling boil. Water boils at 212*F. You won't burn anything as long as you aren't adding extract when the flame is on the kettle.
