I have had this issue ever since I have built my kegerator..... load the kegs in, hook everything up....check for leaks.....everything fine. Then pull beer from the taps for a week with zero issues...... all of a sudden, pull a tap and nothing. Look and the CO2 is empty. Any ideas?

I had a temp controller malfunction and it got my ferment room / wine cellar up to 87 degrees. I have nothing fermenting but I do have bottled wine stored in there..... did I do any damage? I have no idea how long but no more than just today.

I just burned up the second stc 1000 temp controller. I use it to control an AC and a heater in my ferment room. 2 times I have em melt inside. This one lasted a few years and a new heater evidently overloaded it. Is there a heavier duty one available?

when you prepare the bottles for filling ( sanitize and freezer) do you sanitize then freezer or freezer then hit with starsan just prior to filling?

I just ordered a growler filler for my perlick 525 taps.. it is too big and the company told me it costs more to ship it back than the part is worth and they would just issue a refund...I have no idea what size this fits but it ALMOST will fit into the perlick 525... if anyone wants to try it...

I am sure I have perlick 525ss taps.. I just ordered a growler filler for them and it does not fit. it will not insert into the tap. To return it online they want a restocking fee and calling them gets an automated voice mail..... I have the perlick taps with the fancy cursive "P" on the front...
