I've run into a problem. The post is so over-tightened that it pushed down and it's impossible to turn. No idea what to do now. Very frustrated.

Ok so that actually seems to be the issue. I let all of the pressure out and tried to push down on the poppet and it won't budge at all. Can I take the post apart with the keg full? Probably a dumb question but again this is something I have never encountered before so I don't even know how...

Tried another one tonight. Definitely some more carbonation in there but when I poured it out the head pretty much disintegrated within seconds. Thoughts, opinions or suggestions?

Opened one up tonight. Definitely not as carbonated as I would have liked, pretty much zero head but it tasted great. Going to let the rest sit another week and try again.

Love Gears. I have been meaning to trade in some games to pick it up. We have a large group that plays Gears pretty much every night lol.

Bottled it up tonight. The auto-siphon definitely defeated me but eventually I was successful. Tasted it too and was beyond thrilled at how good it was. Let the waiting begin!
