    i know the flavor of noble hops and used them before but not as often as american stile hops. i wiil keep the ibus at 19.5 and maybe i should do a first wort addition and a 60 min and that's it, no aroma addition which a think it wouldn't be authentic. i like the name chex mix lol.:tank:

    im thinking about lowering the ibus to 20 instead of 27. i wanted to feel light on the bitterness.

    no very familiar but i have used them before but i admit i am more familiar with the american kind of hops. the problem with this recipe is that i cannot imagine what is it gonna be and since i like to make my own recipes i need some advice.

    Is this hop schedule to extreme?

    1lbs is not too much, i've done it before, works great, i just changed the timing and yes im using 1028 london ale. I made a 100 %bret b(orvall drags) with a pound of hops and it is a tropical bomb. The yeast and the hopps match really well.
