What faucet adapter for this faucet

Gang, I recently moved to an apartment for a brief stay and I don't have access to a hose bib for my wort chiller. I plan to use my kitchen sink but don't know what faucet adapter I need. Can anyone make a recommendation?

Absolutely genius. Perfect thank you . What else did you do to your kegerator to convert it? Any other tips? I could use a drip tray.

Trouble Mounting Faucet and Shank through mini fridge door

Just upgraded my diy kegerator from having to open to door and poor with a picnic tap. Bought a stainless shank and perlick faucet. Have it drilled and installed but I can't get the kicking nut right enough so the faucet doesn't rotate. The door is just foam so if unreality crank the nut it just...

Do you think I can do a 10 gallon batch of this in a 10 gallon igloo water cooler?

    Show us your Kegerator

Yes sir. I'd rather not try my luck cutting a whole in the top. Seems you get better performance with door mounted taps as all the lines are in the fridge and you aren't adding any more volume to cool. I just wondered what length shank people are running. I'll try to take a measurement tonight...

    Show us your Kegerator

Guys I just made a kegerator Out of a frigidaire 4.4 . 2 kegs. Haven't decided what tap handle. I wanted to go cheap and put the tap through the door instead of the tower. Any cons to this? How long of a shank is typical to go through a mini fridge door?

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

So I am going to brew this AGAIN but this time I plan to do a 10 gallon batch. The problem is I only have an 8 gallon kettle and about a 12 gallon kettle. Is it ok to fill one of the the kettles out of the mash tun and then the second kettle until I hit the pre-boil volume? Then boil them...

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

This is an outstanding summer quaffer. I'm new to brewing and I personally prefer bitter beers , sadly my BMC drinker friends haven't been impressed. This was my first batch that they enjoyed. Drained a keg in about 2 hours. Will brew again . Thanks! Did only about 11 days primary and straight...

Looks like you got a good boil there. I'd say that's sufficient

First time kegging. Necessary to cold crash?

I plan to attempt the burst carbonation method . Should I cold crash in keezer , hook up to co2 and pour off the yeast sludge before I carbonate? Just give the keg pouring pressure. I was planning to chill in keezer. Burst carb the beer and let it sit a day to settle and then pour off the...

First time kegging. Necessary to cold crash?

I assembled a kegging system but I have some questions. I'll be force carbing and not bottle conditioning but if I rack to keg from secondary at my fermentation temps ... Once the beer cools in my kegerator won't here be yeast sludge on the bottom right by the output tube in the keg? Seems the...

How to Label Bottles Using a Thermal Printer For 1-3 Cents A Label!

I tested these getting wet yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised with their durability. They stayed intact. Didn't peel or ink run. These labels should be good to go for a day in an ice chest.

How to Label Bottles Using a Thermal Printer For 1-3 Cents A Label!

Thank you! They come off easily especially compared to commercial labels. Most of the label peels off with no residue. Warm water and they come right off. There is no glue residue on these labels. It's like a big sticker.

    Kegerator Conversion

Keep searching lots of Old information applies. I recommend a frigidaire 4.4 cu or larger mini fridge for a conversion. I did yesterday and the entire conversion took about a half hour. Also the igloo 4.5 or 4.6 cu sold at walmart can be converted from what I read but it's more difficult .

How to Label Bottles Using a Thermal Printer For 1-3 Cents A Label!

Ok everyone. I thought I'd share a little discovery to anyone who’s interested. After bottling my last few batches I decided that my bottles needed a little pizazz. As I've ramped up my brewing I found myself storing a few different varieties of beer but no real way to label them easily and...
