    Hello I bottled a batch of smoked caramel porter about 8 months ago and attempted to carb in 55 degree temps stupid mood mistake.     Hello I just brewed the caribou slobber AG and I bottled last night and had a taste and it was very thin I was wondering I'd carbonation will make my beer taste right the ABV is 5 and I mashed at 148 a little low I know :-( it was just a very thin mouthfeel please help

    I just racked my brown ale to the secondary with a final of 1.010 and I had a small taste..... It had a strong sharp taste like a high alcohol taste but its only 5% but the beer didn't have a good mouthfeel I'm a new brewer and idk if I did something wrong

    I have noticed and layer of gray stuff the bottom of the secondary I just racked the brew 4 days ago after 2 weeks in the primary with a final of 1.010 the temp dropped while I was gone on a short work trip and when I returned the gray was there like 1/2 inch please help I'm freaking out lol
