Hello I bottled a batch of smoked caramel porter about 8 months ago and attempted to carb in 55 degree temps stupid mood mistake. The beer is carb but still didn't have the mouthfeel and was weak and watery. If I move to temps around 70 for a month or so will it improve my brew or is it a total loss ?
