    What the hell is this???

    I know the images are sideways but what the he’ll is this on top of my beer? I took the cover off of my fermenter today to see this. A big clump of something that is floating on top as well as that 1/4 inch of white powdery substance. Is this infected? Dump it? Never seen anything like this...

    Is this normal?

    I brewed a one hop Hazy IPA on Saturday and put it in the Fermzilla that night. I woke up today and it looks like there is just one big trub and yeast cake in the fermenter. I see zero beer. Lol. I pitched Omega DIPA OYL-052 and it took off like a rocket! The smell from the air lock is awesome...

    BeerSmith 3 on a Mac. How do I...?

    I got the file of the Clawhammer Supply 120v system from them but can’t figure out how to upload the .bsxm file to BeerSmith. I’m on a Mac and can’t find out how anywhere. Anyone that can help?

    Fermentasaurus anyone?

    Safe ale S04 not starting

    I brewed an American pale ale on Saturday. Pitched the yeast around 72 degrees. 36 hours later...nothing. This is supposed to be a fast starting yeast. How long do I wait before re pitching? 36 hours seems like an awful long time for this yeast.

    Not a "normal" krausen

    This is more of a foam on top. Does this look right? Nottingham ale yeast and fermenting around 64-67 degrees in the cool brew bag. Just looks like someone shook my carboy up and there is foam on top. Does this look right?
