Has anyone here bought this beast and if so, what do you think about it? Do you use the plain airlock or pressurized fermentation? Thoughts? Thinking about pulling the trigger on one.

Go with the pressure kit. That will give you the ability to do close transfers on your beers which will completely change your world if you brew hoppy styles!!
