one of my batches refuses to taste good. should i send it to the fridge with no supper or leave it at room temp to sulk for best results ?;)
 
can depend on the kind of beer I suppose. Why does it taste "bad"?

Most likely you're going to want to keep it at cellar temps...55* Crack a new bottle every 2 weeks.
