Is there any other Canadian who is willing to send me a chunk of Rhizome? I can paypal you shipping and handling. Ideally I'm looking for a high alpha acid hop that would do well in Vancouver - probably want to get a hold of about 3 good plants.

Now's not the time to be uprooting rhizomes. If you wait until the spring, most homebrew stores will have them for sale, and they're pretty cheap. You can't do anything with them before spring anyway.
