Awesome. I appreciate the advice. I will be ordering my wort chiller soon. The website I am ordering from sells the stainless steel models cheaper than the copper. I think I will definitely be going to stainless route.

So I ordered an Amber Ale kit from Midwest supplies about a month ago and went with the Wyeast Activator Smack Pack (American Ale). When it arrived, the package was fully expanded and Midwest told me not to worry and just keep it in the fridge and you will be good. The package has not gone down...
I started out with this same kit last year. When bottling, I siphoned into a large pot to mix the sugar or honey. And siphoned from the pot to the bottles. Hope it turns out well. :cheers:
