Just through this recipe together earlier this week and looking at brewing early next week. How does it sound to you guys?
5 Gallon Extract Batch:
6 lb Light LME
8 oz Crystal 60L
8 oz Chocolate Malt
4 oz Black Malt
1 lb Honey
8 oz Baker's Chocolate (added with LME)
1 oz Hallertauer Hop (60 mins)
1 oz Hallertauer Hop (5 mins)
4 tsp Nutmeg (last 5 mins)
2 tsp Cinnamon (last 5 mins)
WLP001 California Ale Yeast
Is it too much and need to be simplified? All critique is welcome.
