    Thermometer suggestions

    I need a new thermometer. I have crap k-mart special digital cooking thermometer. I really want something digital, that I can put in my mash tun and get a wireless reading on a base unit. I can't find anything like this. Any suggestions? Wireless, waterproof, accurate options?

    Do i need to age my AG beers?

    Good point. No good reason, I just had in my head that the magic of all grain would eliminate the need to age it. I have two 5 gallon fermenters full of India brown ale. Ill have to age one longer than the other and see if there is a difference.

    Question about using an airlock

    Add it after you push it in. Also buy a cheap handle of vodka and use that instead of water. That way if any gets sucked in you do not have to worry about sanitation issues.
