    Post your infection

Think I got my first infection. Made a hefe and it looks ok when I look at the fermenter, other than being very cloudy, no floaty gross looking infection but tastes really sour and smells pungent. Can't quite describe the smell.

I have a T/C Hawken that after using for a bit now just sits on the wall. I went in-line with a T/C Omega and just love it.

    New Kettle Time

I just bought this one for my biab set up. It's 15 gallons, stainless steel and not expensive. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0085ZODVO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have a wilser bag that needs a good home

I would love to be in for the "any size" bag! I have a 60qt kettle. Both offers are extremely generous!

    Another bag question

Thanks all. I'll use the voile to make my bag.

    Another bag question

Hopefully I'm not asking too many dumb questions but while setting up my biab system I want to make sure I'm doing it right. When deciding on a bag, what size mesh should I be looking for? I have voile material from curtains that I can make a bag with or I can get one of those laundry bags...
