beer 4 - summer beer in fall, still good. Trying to rinse the lemon flavor out of my mouth from that Abita lemon wheat beer. Might need another beer:mug:

Recipe link. second time brewing, both were great, i used S04 or S05...can't remember and didn't take notes..

thought, i replied but didn't see it in the thread... Vanilla was added at kegging...extract was made by scrapping/chopping 6 beans at the start of fermentation into 50mL of Absolute vodka. About three weeks later, the extract was filtered into the keg and and beer racked on top.

brewed 11/25/14, kegged 12/13/14...coming into its primer now. too bad i've drank half the keg already. Thanks for the awesome recipe, i'll def. brew again :)
