I saw a few of'em during my last trip to the beer store but for 23 bucks I had to let'em stay there.

Like said above, only you can know if it's worth it. Personally, I couldn't go back now that I keg. Bottling day turned into kegging half hour and I love being able to grab a taste instead of having to open a whole bottle.

Don't know about Farmington Hills but if you're going "down" to there you might be passing by Frankenmuth. There's a few brewpubs there. Can't say I remember having any particularly stand out beers there, but the food was good and the town is very nice.

Bass, I'm sorry to hear that. You could always add some coconut rum while you're going from bottle to glass to get some more coconut flavor. And, with enough rum, you won't even notice the metallic taste. Emjay, that just sounds incredible.
