    Sounds like no yeast left in suspension to carb up the bottles. Try it without cold crashing...see what happens.

    I'm not sure I even wanna say this cuz it's gonna hurt so much! Ok... I legged a very special brew yesterday for a very good friend of mine. The keg was an extra one so it doesn't go into my keezer with the four taps but the freezer I use for fermentations. So it takes a picnic tap and separate...

    Dumb move

    I know I had to do that before when a friend knocked my hose loose that connects the false bottom to the spigot. There was no problem at all with my brew. Turned out to be very good. I would say not to worry too much about that. IMHO Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    I've been brewing of course for a few years. What want to know is, are there any recipes to make something comparable to bud light? The reason I ask is because a good friend of mine always tries my beer and says it taste great and he likes it. Then he opens his fridge and grabs another bud...

    I've only used beersmith a little bit, but I think unless you've saved your recipes to the cloud you're screwed. Sorry about that big guy! Cheers!

    Moving from Partial to All Grain

    Your mash tun is fine. Your kettle needs to be at least 8 gallons for a 5 gallon batch. Smaller batches or 2 separate ones and then combine even tho I don't like that idea.

    Did you let the beer splash during transfer? If not then you're ok. Don't sweat it too much.

    I'd just soak the lines and shanks in cleaner and then in starsan. But that's just me.
