My new Keggle is on the way, hopefully welded up and ready for the weekend. I would like to use it to brew a 10 gallon batch this weekend. Problem is my build is not complete and I am missing a lot of the equipment usually used. What I got

Keggle with lots all the nipples needed.
60 quart MLT
50A GFCI panel.

What I hope to find this weekend
Extra Sanke to ferment in (got some leads)
ULD 5400 Watt heating element (HD hopefully has this)

What I do not have yet.
Temperature controller for the heating element
Pump for hot liquids

One question I have is hot side aeration a concern before the water becomes wort? Meaning can I take water from the keggle and pour it carefully onto the grains in the MLT or does it need to be done in an airfree way?

Another option is for me to use a few old retired bottling buckets for a transfer vessel for the hot water. I will also build a few platforms to get the Keggle high enough to pour out the bottom valve into a bottling bucket. I can also build another platform to put a bucket above the MLT.

Any suggestions on how to make this happen?
If not I have a plan to make it work
