I just finished my modified homebrew sculpture. It has two March pumps and the one that I have used has completely stopped. It appears locked up. I removed the head so I know it's not the impeller.

So I pulled the case apart and I see nothing burnt or cut. When you plug it in it makes a buzzing sound like it is locked up, but again there is nothing there. And now I created another problem for myself, I popped out the bushing on the lower end and now it won't go back in. If anyone has ever seen this it has little clips that pop in when you push the bushing in so far. I am now thinking this pump is more of a disposable product and not rebuildable.

I am going to try and post a few pictures to show everyone what I referring to.
