Should I be concerned about the yellow floaties in the picture here?

I would say no, but then again the picture is a bit blurry. Looks like hop particules/flocculated yeast clumps.

Beer taste like rotten meat? If yes then you may have issue. Otherwise, I'd say you are fine. cheers!
 
I had that exact same issue today but I tasted it and it tasted fine so I think it will live.
 
I'm asking for a friend, it's a cider, he said the airlock is still pop'n away and it smells like rotten apples like it did before he transfered it to secondary. He didn't taste it though.

I forget what yeast he's using but he added a yeast neutrient and used some frozen raspberries in the recipe
