Looks like hop particules/flocculated yeast clumps. Beer taste like rotten meat? If yes then you may have issue. Otherwise, I'd say you are fine. cheers!

He didn't taste it though. they are mostly a yellow, and not white like the recent post: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=40713&highlight=infected I forget what yeast he's using but he added a yeast neutrient and used some frozen raspberries in the recipe
