I kept my recipe from last year's Scottish Ale /60, but I didn't write down the yeast I used. I have Notty, US05, Ringwood, Windsor, and Conan in the fridge right now and don't think I'll bother to buy a 'Scottish Ale Yeast' given my options.

Which one would you recommend and why?

Definitely not Conan, which has an ester profile (peach!) at odds with the relatively clean maltiness of normal Scottish beers. Nottingham would certainly work, as would US05; both are clean. Ringwood and Windsor are both English-style yeasts, right? You could use them, but you'd wind up with something a little different. I'd recommend, if you use those, to stay at the bottom end of their fermentation range.
