I'm planning an Pale with a lot of "C" Hops.. I have a culture of wyeast 1084 irish Ale yeast in the fridge.
What do you guys think haven't finalized the recipie but it will be like
10# 2 row
.5# cara pils
1#Crystal 40
.25# Malto Dextrine (I have some powder I need to use up thats why not mashing dextrine malt)
1oz Pacific Gem (bittering)
3oz Cascade (havent determined the schedule for those except 1 is dry hop)
Suggestions? and Mainly do you think that yeast will work or should I go with something more nuetral?
