Yeast Substitution Question

I have a recipe that requires Danstar BRY-97 West Coast Ale Dry Yeast. What can I substitute for this? I have US-05 on hand. Thanks for your help in advance.

I'd roll with the 05. Both are based from chico yeast I believe. Either way its an american ale yeast, you can't go wrong.

US-05 is a very acceptable sub in this case. It's the same strain as WLP001 California Ale.
