I have about three kits with dry yeast packets... My Question is: is it okay to leave yeast packets at room temp in kits till iI can get to kits (I keep my home around 75 degrees F) or would it be best to take the yeast packets and store in fridge?
I keep all yeast, whether dry or liquid, in the lil butter cubby on the fridge door. Out of harm's way in there.
