I just washed my yeast. It was from my secondary fermenter. The question is will there be enough yeast in there for a brew? I managed to get about a pint from the carboy. I will do a yeast starter. Also should I fork out the money and get a flask or will a one gallon growler work just as good?

Probably too much yeast. Use an online calculator to figure out what to use for your next brew.

You don't need a flask for a starter, though if you get a stirplate, it helps.
