I was planning on brewing a Belgium Wit last week but some other things came up then as well as this weekend and I have to put it off until next weekend. Last week, I made a starter last week and let it sit at room temp.

My question is: Will the yeast still be good, or should I make another starter? If it is still good at this time, should I put it in the fridge until brew day?

Appreciate any advice you can give.

You will be good, try to use it within a two or three week period though. Otherwise decant the old beer and dump some fresh made starter wort(DME) in (about 1L) and step it up again. Then use next day at high krausen. 12-18 hours from addition.
