Hey Everyone,
This is first time I created a yeast starter. It's been a day and no krausen or bubbling in the airlock. Isn't a starter suppose to cut down lag time? How do I know if the yeast I used was viable? Every other time I had simply just added the liquid yeast without a starter, and it would start fermenting by day one. I used the California white labs yeast on this batch. Which I have used before with no problems. Also I am brewing a honey ale. I am thankful for you comments.
