I am brewing a Hefeweizen for an upcoming wedding and created a 1L yeast starter using Omega OLY-021. I'm using a 2.5L flask on a stir plate with loose sanitized foil on top. When I got home from work, I noticed there was some slight blow off and some brown specs on the interior glass of my flask. I am assuming this is just yeast clumps. My question is how worried should I be about possible infection? Pic of starter below. Thanks.

I have had it completely overflow before, still brewed good beer with it.

It will be fine, that's happened to me a couple times. Eventually I started adding a drop of fermcap to my starters to keep the krausen down and it worked great.
