what is the best way to cut back on the yeast sediment in bottles i love drinking straight from them and dont like all that floatin around to give me a tummy ache and more gas witch i fart allot anyway haha

Religious devotion to careful racking, using a secondary, cold crashing prior to transferring to secondary or the bottling bucket. But this will only cut down on sediment. I've never seen zero before.

If you force carbonate beer you will eliminate alot of the yeast, but you will still have a thin tiny layer of yeast. If you want near zero yeast, you will need to force carbonate and filter.

This.

Also: I've never heard of yeast giving anyone a stomach ache. In fact, it has been said that yeast contains some vitamins and such. Good for the healths.

If youre going to drink from your bottles you will inevitably get yeast...no way around it if you're bottle conditioning. You'll need to carefully pour into a glass, watching for dregs to make their way to the glass.
