Yeast Proportions for Bigger Batches

If I want to ferment a full IBC tote (275gal) of juice into hard cider, where do I find out how much yeast to add for say, English Cider Yeast or for Nottinham or the like? I didn't see any info on their data sheets. Do I simply need to contact the manufacutrers? Has anyone tried this?

If you know what the pitch rate is for smaller volumes, can't you use the same rate for the larger volume?

Check out Scotts Labs Cider guide, even if they dont have your specific yeast they have all kinds of pitching rates for cider and nutrient amounts etc for 1000 gal batches, easy to figure out the math from their guides. WVMJ
