Title pretty much says it all - I had the idea to purge a dry hop keg using a simple table sugar solution (4.5 lbs of table sugar, plus 4 oz of DME) mixed with 5 gallons of distilled water. I added a packet of S05 to the fermenter on Tuesday...and it is still chugging along, quite slowly. Started with an estimated OG of 1.042 or so, and it is now around 1.032. It's fermenting in a brew bag with a heating wrap, and the "beer" temp has been 65-75, so that doesn't seem to be the issue. Since I put the hops into the keg on Wednesday, I was kind of hoping it would be done fermenting at this point. It has been generating C02 since Wednesday, judging by the bubbles coming out of the spunding tool on the dry hop keg.

Any idea what the problem could be?
