can i use a 13 gallon water heater to boil my wort?
somthing like this:
 
you would probably have to supplement the heating element or some how bypass the method in which it senses the water is hot enough and switches off the heating element, which could get dangerous. Those are designed to heat water, not boil it.
 
you'd have to see what the max temp it can heat to, that will tell if it can boil water more than we can! If it cannot reach boil temps stock, you could always, like mentioned above, bypass the temp controll and throw a bigger element in if needed. But you run SERIOUS risk of dangers when doing electrical work around water if you don't know what you're doing!

I was going to try and look up specs...But what language is that?
