Has anyone tried their hand at a bsga with Brett Anomolus/Clausenaii? I did a BPA with it and it had that pineapple/tropical fruit component that seems to fit the style just right.....thinking Piraat ale. I have about a cup worth of top crop from that pale ale batch.

A little bump....

It'll be a standard golden strong with about 80% Pilsner and 20% sucrose fermented at the low 80'sF. Magnum for bittering and Ultra/Hallertau for aroma/flavor.

Hit a little below my target OG due to a less than ideal crush for BIAB. Starting OG wound up at 1.090 and started with about 1 cup of top crop at 68F. Going to boost it up to the 80's after a few days and let it ride to try for some of those pineapple and berry flavors. Should be interesting!
